The project included the seismic strengthening of three Main Quad Buildings, four Freestanding Arcades and Memorial Court Arch and Entrance Towers.

Country Residence
St. Helena, California

Only the stone walls remained during this conversion from an 1883 winery to a residence. A new interior shell of reinforced concrete was built to carry the new loads and to provide earthquake resistance.

Fort Mason - Historic Living Quarters
San Francisco, California

Repair and restoration to damaged historical components, fire separation walls, and interior modifications.

The Jackson Building
San Francisco, California

This 1907 building is now included within San Francisco’s New Montgomery/Second Street Conservation District.

The Electric Building
San Francisco, California

The complete rehabilitation included seismic upgrade and new life safety, mechanical and electrical systems.

The Comstock Club
The Payne House
1409 Sutter Street, San Francisco

The Payne House was built in 1881. It is an excellent example of the transitional period between San Francisco Victorian and Queen Anne styles and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Dielman House
Redwood City, California

The John Dielman House was built in 1880 at 550 Middlefield Road.
