The project included the seismic strengthening of three Main Quad Buildings, four Freestanding Arcades and Memorial Court Arch and Entrance Towers. The exteriors were to remain true to their original sandstone appearance, only the columns would be replaced with precast. The buildings’ interiors were modified to meet ADA, educational program, life safety, mechanical, electrical, and communication requirements.
